Uterine tube, Simple columnar epi., - Low, med. & high mag.
The uterine tube has a complexly folded mucosa lined by a simple columnar epithelium. There are two cell types, ciliated & secretory. Cilia are short, the axoneme of each anchors to a basal body just below the surface. Secretory cells are narrower and more densely staining.
