
First, carefully read the EDITORIAL POLICY to be certain that the manuscript meets the criteria for publication as a Monograph.
Second, carefully read the General Guidelines for Evaluation that the Editor sends to consultants reviewing manuscripts. This further clarifies the criteria for publication as a Monograph
Third, if there is any doubt about meeting
the criteria, prepare a short outline or proposal and send this
to the editorial office for consideration and feedback.
Fourth, carefully prepare the manuscript according to the
GUIDELINES FOR THE PREPARATION OF MONOGRAPH
SUBMISSIONS and THE PUBLICATION MANUAL OF THE APA (5TH ED.) .

Be sure to include all necessary contact information, including: University Affiliation, Electronic Mail Address, Telephone, and Fax Numbers Upon the receipt of a manuscript or proposal the editorial office will promptly notify the corresponding author, via e-mail. Note that it is appropriate to include a list of suggested reviewers and their email and mail addresses. The people suggested should be competent in the topic area covered by the manuscript, and should have no conflict of interests in relation to the manuscript or the authors.
