    Responsible for the design, selection and implementation of technology systems and information support systems for full line fresh produce wholesaler selling directly to retailers and restaurants. System implemented to streamline account management activities and to improve operational efficiencies.

    Direct P & L Responsibility for a $20MM+ wholesale processor and distributor of full line seafood products. Responsible for all financial and accounting operations and reporting as well as the management of operational activities. Employed 29 persons full time in a Union Shop with over 800 customer accounts and over 75 key suppliers/vendors.

    Direct P & L responsibility for $1MM manufacturing company. Responsible for all manufacturing, marketing, financial and administrative functions. Directed both daily operations as well as development and implementation of strategies designed to develop alternative opportunities in a mature product markets. Restructured operations to reflect changes in market conditions. Employed 20 people full time in a non-union shop with over 300 accounts and over 50 key suppliers/vendors.

    Identified, developed and implemented management projects designed to improve the competitiveness of small to medium sized manufacturing companies in markets disrupted by global competition. Areas of concentration included: new product/new market development; updating the competitiveness of manufacturing operations; integrating technology into manufacturing, finance and managerial activities and functions; evaluation of capital investments; identification and attraction of alternative sources of capital investment, including venture capital sources; development of strategic marketing plans.
