Spatio-Temporal and Semantic Data Models

This research aims to develop approaches for storing and organizing spatio-temporal data as well as semantic information about dynamic geographic phenomena.  The approaches developed here are drawn from research in cognitive science are intended to support geographic knowledge discovery from very large space-time data sets.
