CASES |
In the past, I have defended capital cases in trial and appellate
courts of Pennsylvania. In the past, I have litigated in Pennsylvania
trial and Appellate Court cases involving First Amendment Rights.
I have acted as co-counsel in the ABSCAM corruption cases and have
represented police officers in civil rights and criminal cases. Several
years ago, I represented the hospitality industry in a constitutional
challenge to Philadelphia's 10% Across-the Board tax. I have acted
as attorney and consultant to small businesses, including Banks, Developers,
Builders, Architects and a Medical Research Company.
