Present: For over 15 years, served as Co-Editor of 15-volume Legal Encyclopedia - Pennsylvania Transactional Guide.

SIGNIFICANT CASES
In the past, I have defended capital cases in trial and appellate courts of Pennsylvania. In the past, I have litigated in Pennsylvania trial and Appellate Court cases involving First Amendment Rights. I have acted as co-counsel in the ABSCAM corruption cases and have represented police officers in civil rights and criminal cases. Several years ago, I represented the hospitality industry in a constitutional challenge to Philadelphia's 10% Across-the Board tax. I have acted as attorney and consultant to small businesses, including Banks, Developers, Builders, Architects and a Medical Research Company.

CIVIC ACTIVITIES Elected Alternate Delegate to three Republican National Conventions at Kansas City, Houston and San Diego.

Served for 5 years on Board/Committee to raise funds for Huntington Disease.

PERSONAL

I am married, have two children and one granddog - a bull mastiff named Cosmo.
