Exporting TIF, Extending TIF

At the outset of this paper I suggested that the TIF model was exportable to other colleges and universities; indeed, that several “Higher Eds” were already in process of adopting it. I also suggested that TIF was expandable, by which I mean that it has interesting implications for curricular and extracurricular education, as well as for scholarship. In this concluding section of “provocations,” I should like to take up these claims.
