Performance Improvement: This research program focuses on conditions of the workplace and how they may be improved. In a variety of settings ranging from bars to welfare to work to drug treatment settings, this research program furthers the generality of behavioral theory through empirical demonstrations of effective methods for improving organizationally important performances. It is divided into 2 sections: (a) OBM (Organizational Behavior Management) and (b) Applications in drug treatment.
