Major Cyrus B. Boydston, 33d Iowa Volunteer Infantry
Regiment.  Originally the captain of Company A,
Boydston took command of the regiment after Colonel
Cyrus H. Mackey was wounded at the Battle of Jenkins'
Ferry, Arkansas, April 30, 1864,  Boydston's promotion
