HONORS, ACHIEVEMENTS AND AFFILIATIONS: Professor Reeb's research is
prevalent in the most influential academic journals in business and has been
featured in the Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, The Economist, Forbes, the
Financial Times, the International Herald Tribune, Inc Magazine, SmartMoney,
and MSNBC. Dr. Reeb has been
interviewed on both CNN and Bloomberg regarding his studies on the impact of
continued founding-family ownership in S&P 500 firms. Professor Reeb is routinely ranked above
the 95th percentile in overall teaching and value added in the
classroom. While at American University, Dr. Reeb was nominated for the
American University Professor of the Year: Excellence in Teaching. He is a
member of the American Finance Association, American Accounting Association,
the Academy of International Business, and the Financial Management
Association. Professor Reeb has
presented his work at conferences and workshops in the US, Europe, Asia, and
the South Pacific. Dr. Reeb has also
been appointed as a Department Editor at the Journal of International Business Studies, the leading journal in
international business. He is also a
three-time Ironman Finisher. Academic
