Major websites which review topics and give accompanying exercises to assist in the
mastery of organic chemistry are:
A. WEB-sters'
Organic Chemistry and
which has links to many other sites, including
B. Organic Chemistry On Line or OCOL
(This is also available as a CD-ROM with workbook for off-line use.)
Problems will be assigned which correlate with the lecture material. They will not be graded, but participation in class is expected. The value of doing the problems cannot be overemphasized; indeed, it is suggested that you do as many as you can at the end of each chapter. They are an invaluable study aid; some similar ones may even appear on exams.

Below are suggested problems for each chapter. Some will be done during lecture classes. Your participation, either individually or as a group/team member, is expected. This is the minimum set of problems you should attempt. Do additional problems if time and your schedule permit. You should utilize the "Study Guide" for each chapter; a copy is "ON RESERVE" in the library.
