Asian Business and Society Certificate


 

Asian Business and Society Certificate Program
The Asian Business and Society Certificate is available to students enrolled in any college at Temple University.  The Certificate requires five courses, three  in Asian Studies and two in the Fox Business School.  It also requires background courses in economics and an Asian language.  Asian Studies students can learn about business; business students can learn about Asia.  Other students will learn both.  The certificate will be noted on a student's transcript.

    GSM 380-Global Stategic Management
Asian Studies 
3. AS 100-Practical Asian Society
4. AS Country Introduction (see below for current list and grouping)
5. AS Writing Intensive course (see below for current list and grouping)
Lanaguage
First year proficiency of an Asian Language
*Prerequisites
For  Econ 250 or 251:   Econ 51 or 52 or permission of instructor 
For AS W300:               Recommended AS 100 or AS course.
