Faculty Portal

Computer Services is happy to announce that Phase 2 of the faculty portal was made available Monday morning, October 25th, at about 7:30am.

Features of the faculty portal include:

* a "Faculty Links" box on the "My Portal" screen that contains links to resources frequently used by faculty.

* a "TUlibrary" tab that enables you to access Temple University library resources from off campus without configuring your browser to go through Temple’s proxy server.

* a "My Backpack" tab that provides you with access to a pilot system for storing, sharing, and accessing your personal files online using a web browser..

* Turnitin plagiarism detection software available through the “Assignments” tool in Blackboard courses. For instructions on how to use Turnitin, please refer to: http://www.temple.edu/cs/isc/services/how-to/how_to_docs/bb6/turnitin_bb.pdf

* a Course Tools tab for easy access to class lists and other course-related tasks.
