1. Make a rectangle on the Stage to contain your quicktime movie; convert it to a Movie Clip symbol.
2. Double Click on the symbol to open up its Timeline.
3. Drag the Quicktime clip to the Stage so it covers or is contained by the rectangle.
4. You will be prompted to choose to insert enough frames to play the whole qt clip. Click OK.

You can associate sounds with the different states of a button symbol. Because the sounds are stored with the symbol, they work for all instances of the symbol.
To add sound to a button:
Select the button in the Library panel.
Select Edit from the options menu in the upper right corner of the panel.
